Water Service (click here)
Provided by the Water Division and overseen by the Department of Public Works. The City of Munroe Falls bills monthly for public water and stormwater services under the water division.
Electric Service (click here)
Provided by First Energy. Home and commercial electricity service and streetlighting are billed and managed solely by First Energy Co.
Gas Service (click here)
Provided by Engridge. Home and commercial gas service is billed and managed solely by Enbridge (formerly Dominion East Ohio Gas).
Aggregation Service (click here)
Aggregation rates are established by the City through an energy broker for both electric and gas utilities. These services are managed by the aggregation companies yet the rates are charged on your energy bills. Residents are not obligated to participate in the City's aggregation program. Competitive rates may be contracted with the energy suppliers directly or with an aggregation provider of personal preference.
Trash Service (click here)
Trash and recycling services are contracted for residential pickup in Munroe Falls. The City bids for this service to provide residential customers with competitive pricing and to minimize wear and tear on city streets. Collection and billing are managed solely by the contractor.
Sanitary Sewer Service (click here)
Sanitary sewer service is provided by the Summit County Department of Sanitary Sewer Service (DOSSS). This service is billed quarterly by Summit County and based on water usage, or billed as a flat rate for those customers without metered water service.
2-1-1 Service (click here)
This is a public service provided by the United Way for Summit/Medina County residents to find assistance for a variety of needs for veterans, seniors, and anyone needed help with food, utilities, housing, substance abuse, and mental health and more. Their staff members are available to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Dial 2-1-1 or 330-376-6660 for help.
