Due to US Postal Service delays/covid-19 the January water bills (mailed 12/23/20) have not been delivered to our customers. After working out details with our software system, we are able to waive late penalties for the month of January 2021.
Please consider using our online portal to view, print or even pay your water bill anytime. Click on “View my Bill” under quick links on our homepage.
If you have issues with the online sign-up process, please contact the Water Department for assistance. 330-688-7491 Ext 223. The system is not disabled.
